More grab bars in the shower would be beneficial.

I loved my stay at Pestana Rua Augusta Lisboa! The location was fantastic, right by the Augusta Arch and easy to explore Lisbon. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The complimentary chocolates and daily fresh water were delightful touches. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even better.
Minor noise from outside occasionally.

Each morning began with a refreshing homemade breakfast that included a delightful variety of options. The staff's warm smiles made every interaction enjoyable.
While our stay was near perfect, the noise from the nearby buskers occasionally disrupted our peaceful evenings, despite the hotel's efforts with soundproofing.

Oh man, the breakfast spread was like a culinary treasure map! Every bite felt like a mini-vacation, from the pastries to the mimosas. Plus, the location was a total win—right next to the bustling arch! The bar was chill, and the sound-proofed rooms were a dream after all that exploring!
But honestly, that didn’t dim the sunshine of my stay. Everything else was just polished perfection.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Stay
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, especially the stunning location just steps from major attractions. The room was spacious, featuring a huge bathroom that allowed us to organize our toiletries comfortably. What truly stood out was the exceptionally friendly staff. they created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. However, a bit more soundproofing might enhance the tranquility, especially in a bustling area.

Had a fantastic time, especially thanks to the modern, spacious room with luxurious amenities. The breakfast was top-notch, but I appreciated the morning coffee station in the bar. The staff went above and beyond, particularly Joao, who made my partner's birthday extra special with a thoughtful gesture. One downside was the breakfast location, which was at a different hotel, and I wished for a more organized coffee station during peak hours.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location with very friendly and professional staff. My room was clean and comfortable. They arranged a fantastic city tour for us! Yet, occasional street noise and a lack of an on-site restaurant were minor drawbacks. Still a cozy stay, I'd return next time!
